Carriers – We use USPS to deliver USA orders.

Order Tracking – A tracking number will be provided by the shipping carrier via email

Back Orders – If an item goes on back order we will ship the whole order once it is in stock.

Return Policy- If any product you receive from HERBAL GEMS is defective please contact us HERBALGEMS23@GMAIL.COM for a replacement or refund.

Refunds or Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. After Herbal Gems review, refunds will be processed within 14 days of returned product. The customer is responsible for the delivery cost of the return.
